is based on a deep knowledge of a customer’s financial situation and their needs developed by using of our proprietary state of the art analytics and machine learning that is disclosing, for example upfront salary information even for customers not sending salary to the bank. The solution is processed in three steps in order to achieve Customer Optimal Offers.
At first, we estimate on Customer level the key insight characteristics being size of monthly income, volume of existing debts and financing preferences including type, volume and price.
Then all known customer parameters are used simultaneously to find out for the customer and the bank the most profitable and Optimal product mix.
